Independence Day celebrations are gathering steam and getting ready to explode in a fantastic fireworks display bringing a colorful shower of sparkling lights over Noyo Point, on July 2nd at 9:00 pm, after the Salmon BBQ.
The World’s Largest Salmon BBQ, the first annual Salmon Film Festival, First Friday merchant events, Mendocino Village parade, and the Mendopendence BBQ – live music festival at Friendship Park, are just a few of the many fun things to do on the coast during the 4th of July holiday season.

Another fabulous annual July offering on the coast is the Mendocino Music Festival. Celebrating their 25th season with the musical talents of Kevin Eubanks, San Jose Taiko, and many more musical guests performing Blues, Bluegrass, Folk, Big Band, Opera, and Classical selections.
